Taking the next step to grow in the Lord
Bethlehem Baptist Church host ministries for all ages, including adults of all stages of life. We want to connect with you as you join our church family and we have a few ways that you can grow deeper in your faith and learn to live like Jesus.
Sunday School – If you are interested in taking the next step in your spiritual journey, we’d like for you to try a Sunday School class, which meet at 10am ever Sunday here on campus. We have a few different ones to choose from based on life stages. Some are co-ed, and some are for men or women only. You may email Bethlehemlacey@gmail.com for more info on specific classes. After you join a class, there a few other ministries that we offer that provide deeper connection and study, but we’d like for everyone to start with a Sunday Morning study group so that you can connect with other believers and find a home within our church through relationships.
Discipleship Training – For those who are interested in taking yet another deeper step in walking with the Lord, we offer two programs for discipleship. Both are currently available on Sunday nights at 5pm. One program is an open group that meets in the fellowship hall for a study lead by our Education Minister Richard Browning.
We also are beginning to offer what are know as “D-Groups” which are closed groups with high commitment and high accountability for spiritual growth, mentoring, and training in spiritual leadership. If you are interested in either of these programs, you may email joshuaSdoss@gmail.com
Prayer Meeting – The church cannot flourish without God’s presence and power. We meet weekly on Wednesday evening to acknowledge our dependence on God, pray for our members, our church, and our community. We gather at 6:30pm and open with a few songs and a short devotion by Pastor Joshua. Then we focus the rest of the hour on prayer.
